Route length: 42.195 km (10+10+10+12.195km). The route should be marked with vertical and horizontal signs located at every 1 km.
Each team must be composed of 4 members of mixed gender. Start packets can be picked up in the Competition Office by team leaders or persons authorized by them in writing. The persons picking up relay start numbers must present their personal IDs or passports in order to confirm their date of birth and a receipt confirming payment of the start fee, as well as statements downloaded at www.festiwalbiegowy.pl and signed by all members of the relay. The start packets received by the runners in the Competition Office contain: start numbers, safety pins and T-shirts. Team leaders are obliged to participate in briefing for leaders of the teams taking part in FMR, which is scheduled on 7 September at 18:00 in the Competition Office. All competitors will receive commemorative medals upon completion of FMR.
The teams taking the 1st to 3rd place in individual categories will receive cups.
